Peraia, Pella

Peraía (Greek: Περαία) is a village in the Pella Prefecture of Macedonia, Greece on the bank of Lake Vegoritida. The original Turkish name of the village was Kostana. The village is located south of the town of Arnissa within the Vegoritida Municipality which belongs to the Province of Edessa. The village was formerly inhabited by a Turkish-speaking Muslim population. After the 1922 population exchange between Turkey and Greece, the village was inhabited by Greeks who had come from Asia Minor.

The current population is estimated at 400.
